Livingston family home movies collection
Three 16mm color home movies, purchased at an estate sale by Walker Chandler, containing footage of sailing and a Caribbean cruise on the S.S. Alcoa Clipper. One film documents a 1948 trip to Europe on the Queen Elizabeth that includes footage of Olympic hopefuls on the ship, shots of London, Amsterdam, Venice, Rome, Pompeii, Nice, and Paris.

Biographical Note
The films are believed to have come from the Livingston family of Atlanta, Georgia. Attempts have been made by the curator to verify the origin of the films and discover more about the family, but MIRC currently has no definitive information regarding their members or history.
