Scope and Contents The William Gates Rich/David L. Rosmer Collection is comprised of approximately 1,600 jazz, gospel, and blues 78-rpm recordings, over 400 LP recordings, and hundreds of cassette and reel-to-reel tapes from the early 1900s through the 1960s. Scope and Contents The Domenico Cimarosa collection includes scores; libretti; synopses; facsimiles of overtures; articles; correspondence between Nick Rossi, Talmage Fauntleroy, and publishers; audio and video cassettes; and, photographs and illustrations.
Scope and Contents The collection includes well over 400 piano compositions and arrangements by 49 Russian pianists, most of whom were born in the latter part of the 19th century.
Scope and Contents Correspondence, photographs, programs, and lists document L. C. Sloan’s involvement with the Association for Recorded Sound Collections (ARSC) from 1961 to 2000, with the bulk of the materials dating from the 1960s. The collection is organized in one series. Documentation relates to ARSC and ARSC conferences, many of which L. C. Sloan personally attended. These materials accompanied a large donation of books, scores, and audiovisual recordings.
